Cole Vance is a bumbling, awkward, misguided clerk at Office King. His diluted goal is to one day be a master super villain and agent for the Vincolo. This pitiful and foolish genius created a persona for himself called the Tape Worm. Cole has created an arsenal of weapons and tools made from various forms of tape; each coated with his own special formula called Stixalotonium.

Cole also happens to be a genius in holographic programming. To test his skills, he created holo-bots of super heroes from his comic collection, and challenges them to stop his schemes of mischief. Cole never fails to be beaten by the holo-bots. Perhaps one day hell learn that crime is foolishness . . . and so is he.
